Role summary
The Customer Service Representative’s role is to provide customer request fulfillment support by receiving, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of customer order information. The Representative ensures meeting all customer requirements so that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Responsibilities
Respond to calls and emails according to the service agreement
Ensure timely and accurate request processing, troubleshooting schedule
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Prepares business reports for customersAssists in ad-hoc assignments as required
Your skills and knowledge for the role
Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken Japanese and/or English
Proficient in Windows applications such as MS Office and Excel.
Interest in the data center industry
Honest, punctual, eager to learnApplicants without experience in IT or data center industry are welcome
Working hours and days
Shift-based, 24 hours coverage
Vacations and holidays
2 flexible days off a week depending on the shift
